As part of their facility uplift, Achieve Lifestyle invited Pocket Rocket Group to serve as a trusted advisor, focusing on culture, customer experience, and operational processes. This support provided their teams with ongoing expertise and education that extended beyond product knowledge, delivering lasting value and strategic insight.
Challenge
Following a significant investment in their new Life Fitness facility, Achieve Lifestyle saw an opportunity to bring their team together. Their goal was to cultivate a positive culture and elevate staff skills, ensuring alignment with the high-quality member experience they sought to deliver.
Solution
Through initial consultation meetings, Pocket Rocket collaborated closely with the leadership team to review core values, messaging, and the member experience.
The journey began with our “Panning for Gold” workshop, guiding the team through values-driven activities. These sessions encouraged reflection and refinement of processes, the customer journey, and internal communications, enhancing the overall member experience.
Building on this foundation, the team engaged in hands-on, experience-based learning sessions on the gym floor, fully utilising the new facility’s spaces and products. Workshops delivered to date include:
